The Authority is inviting proposals for a consultant to develop a Long Run Average Incremental Cost (LRAIC) model for the telecommunications sector in Trinidad and Tobago. This consultant will assist the Authority in the development of a LRAIC model for costing telecommunications services provided on fixed and mobile networks, regardless of technology used.
