Internet Café Survey Form
Operators/owners of all Internet cafés within Trinidad and Tobago are invited to register relevant contact information with the Authority. The information gathered from Internet café operators/owners will assist the Authority in compiling a sample database that will facilitate the implementation of a survey to measure the digital divide in the country. The results of the survey will aid the Authority in assessing current availability and accessibility of basic telecommunications and broadcasting services, including Internet services, to all areas of Trinidad and Tobago.
Consumer complaints A Consumer who is dissatisfied with the response or the outcome of a complaint lodged with a provider of any public telecommunication or broadcasting service may lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. Complaints about interference If you are experiencing interference on your licensed radiocommunications equipment you can complain to the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago.

Complaints about Broadcasting Content If you are concerned about offensive content you have heard or seen on radio or television respectively, you can complain to the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. The Authority will investigate the matter and administer legally enforceable sanctions against the broadcaster.
